I have two balikbayan boxes ready for shipping to the Philippines. One box is filled with old clothes and the other one is filled with knick knacks. My upcoming trip to the Philippines is coming up and I can’t wait to go back home real soon. This would be my first time traveling to the Philippines alone. Since we don’t have $6k right now to pay for the plane tickets, I’ve decided to just go by myself. I know it’s going to be hard to be away from hubby and Akesha but that’s the only option we have right now. While I’m in the Philippines, hubby will go to work and Akesha will go to school.

Who’s toy is this? Well, my daughter likes to play with “boys” toys. She loves trains, dinosaurs, airplanes, army men and etc…lol! Should I be concerned about it? Hmmm, of course not! She just love to play with boy toys over barbies…lol!
When we went to visit the USS Lexington Museum last month, daughter bought a helicopter. I thought she was going to pick a plush toy or something, but the father told me that she insisted to get the helicopter.

Since I wasn’t able to cook for breakfast and lunch yesterday due to blackout, I decided to go to the nearest McDonald’s and got myself a box of Chicken McBites! It’s McDidies new menu selection available for a limited time only. I thought it’s pretty similar to KFC’s popcorn chicken. It tastes good though! Have you ever tried this yet?
