I’ve never been that crazy about Halloween. Maybe it’s all the things that my older brother used to do to me during the month of October in Halloween. Sure, I still celebrate it with my kids but I personally like to concentrate on the fun of the fall season instead of just Halloween. To make it easier on myself, I also like to decorate with just fall decorations instead of just Halloween ones so I can leave them up until it’s time to put up Christmas decorations.

I looked online with my Baltimore Clear for some ideas about how I could make some easy fall decorations with my kids. I came up with some pretty good ideas, including painting pumpkins instead of carving them. That way they can be creative without being as messy.

You also have to love this leaf garland that I made just with some leaves in our yard. I know that it won’t last until next year, but there will always be some leaves next year that I can use for it then.
